Mr.Elias is highly dedicated and working so passionately during entering the hotel with a cheerful face with warm greetings as well as highly supportive and his team all the time during my breakfast. He is highly committed personal by guiding us for all the query. I really proud of him and highly appreciated for his continuous support . Managing team should consider his promotion as he is highly value added personal to your organization. The receptionist gents are greeted and treated my status in a highly manner and supportive all the time during my stay.Also the restaurant team supervisors are highly respectful team and treating nicely during the breakfast . Management should consider special support for the receptionist and the restaurant supervisors as they are well deserved staffs. The housekeeping team was well supporting for all the query and cleaners are very respectful team . Finally the overall staffs are well supportive and friendly.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great service was attentive and efficient specially Mr.Elias really kind person. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Just one thing need to arrange that I am here for more than 1 week but I am struggling for Indian food, only selected menu here Dal, Rice and the veg curry. I like to eat Indian food so it's appreciated if you arrange more Indian food.

I was pleased to stay at the hotel and the service of the distinguished hotel staff. I would like to thank the receptionist (Sarah). Also, the dinner buffet was an excellent experience, especially the seafood buffet, all kinds of fresh fish. The chef's selection of dishes is extremely delicious. Especially the waiter (Eamon), the distinguished chef (Ahmed Kamal), and (Mr. Omran). Many thanks to everyone.👍

Very accomodating hotel. Staff is nice. Food is good. Highly recommended. Mr. Elias at the restaurant is very hospitable. Holiday inn is always a first choice for me whenever on a business trip.

I had the pleasure of attending a training organized by my company at Holiday Inn hotel in Jubail, and I'm impressed with their excellent facilities. The lunch menu was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Furthermore, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. Highly recommended for corporate events!
