This is the most stressful holiday i had experienced with the hotel in all my travels. My friend arrived early and did a check in for us since we will be arriving late, but when he arrived at the hotel at 3 pm they said that the room is not. He was advised that the room will be ready after 3 pm and they will checked in for him once the room is ready and bring his stuff to his room. So he agreed and left. We arrived quarter to 7 pm and new guy from the reception name Mark said there was no check in happened and when we are asking about our room they said its not ready and we still have to wait but its supposed to be ready since 3 pm. The guy answered is very disappointing no empathy at all. He just say yes only with no other explanation. Very bad customer service. Day 1 we left for the day and when we go back no one clean our room. Also refill the water and change our glasses and mugs. Before i left again in the evening informed him to refill the coffee and water but nothing happened again. We call them already and ask again but nothing was delivered..services are getting worse everyday. They also promised late check out but no one put a note on our account and we ask the concierge but nothing was endorsed. I wont recommend this hotel for their ppor service and performance. This will be the last i book this hotel.

The receptionists here are one of the best in hotels in Qatar; very friendly and welcoming. The room is wide and clean; it’s a quite family oriented place; only the bed was uncomfortable little bit and couldn’t sleep well but otherwise every is nice

Bad: ◦ Access to the jacuzzi is contingent on paying for the spa services. ◦ Utilize the gym at an additional cost. ◦ Find a decent variety of food, although it falls short of being truly exceptional. ◦ Encounter subpar service; requested an iron, had to remind three times, and it arrived two hours later. ◦ Endure non-functional AC with promises of a technician's arrival unfulfilled, making sleep impossible in the heat. ◦ In a surprising oversight for a 5-star hotel, there's no fan available upon request. ◦ Note that service quality is heavily influenced by tipping, with some staff displaying rudeness and preferential treatment. ◦ Discover stale desserts, indicating prolonged reuse. ◦ Attempt to request evening milk for tea and face being ignored, with staff retreating to the kitchen. ◦ Despite multiple coffee machines during breakfast, they consistently produce subpar, unappealing coffees.

Good location that hotel inside old Town doha. All tourists spot is near that hotel also plenty of restaurant. Room decoration is really nice and comfortable price. Hotel reception and boy everyone is good and friendly also.

It has perfectly clean rooms, nice service, and good access to the center of the city. The hotel is mostly quit. The rooms have tea bags, coffee, waters, tea maker, and iron. The hotel has good gym and pool. Only the food quality is not good.
