Very professional and clean hotel. Beautiful lobby which they have recently renovated. Staff was courteous. Rooms were spacious but looked dated. Bathroom with bath tub was amazing, however they didn't make a bubble bath for us like they do for other guests which seemed a little discriminatory. Breakfast was great and diverse. Good amount of gluten free and vegetarian options on board.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We want to give special recognition to the outstanding service provided by employees Michael and Anthony. Their attentive and friendly demeanor truly made my stay unforgettable. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. I had a short stay at Anantara Downtown Dubai for a business trip. I arrived pretty ill, and right from the lobby entrance, the staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Particularly Mr. Jeffrey, who enquired about my health, and showed genuine concern cos I guess I really looked in a bad shape. Jeffrey offered to make me a hot brew of lemon, ginger, and honey. I have to say it was the best I’ve had. The front desk were equally very concerned, and asked if I needed a doctor. Anyway, check in was quick and efficient. Jeffrey escorted me to my room, and made sure I was comfortable. He even brought me a second cup of his wonderful lemon/ginger/honey brew. Thank you to Jeffrey and the staff at Anantara for looking after me so well. I’ll definitely visit again!

Decided to try the pool bar today and it was just the right choice to chill. Food is really nice and the ambiance. Best part was the service by Nicolas and the lifeguards. Kudos! Definitely coming. Back

It was lovely 2 days with yummy lunch & dinner at award ceremony. Staff and chief chef all were adorable and so was the staff. Cleanliness at it the best and uninterrupted conference arrangement was highly adorable. Never forget greeting staff at gate esp. forgetting a African like guy his customer handling arranging taxis etc is the best.
