Andalus Spa

The Al Seef Andalus Hotel was a great choice for our family stay. The rooms were spacious, perfect for our gathering. The revamped lobby and reception looked fantastic, giving off a lovely vibe. It’s a comfortable place to stay, especially for families. Overall, a good stay and recommended for those looking for roomy accommodations and a nice ambiance.

The only positive thing in this hotel is the kindness of the staff ! However it turned to by one of my worst hotel experience, considering the price (quite high dues to Formula 1 GP). The standard rooms are horrible, look like you are in jail, and far from the nice pics shown on Booking. The Premium rooms are much better, but the window opens on a wall, almost no direct light. The biggest problem is that some guests are using this hotel to organise parties and do no respect the guests, there is absolutely no isolation between the room, and the hotel staff was not able to make them respecting the silence. The fact that the hotel is just right next to a private jet airport does not help. The outsides of the hotel are quite dirty, many shops or restaurants are in works, the swimming pools much smaller than they look on picture, the garage is under a shopping mall close to the hotel. I absolutely do not recommend this place and will never go back for sure !

Nice location near the mosque. Mall next door, easy to park. Rooms are nice and location safe. Nice pool. Kids friendly. Staff super polite. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks

Lovely resort, friendly staff. Variety of restaurants and coffee shops in the location. Gym is available for all gests. The pool area is nice and very well organized with kids area too. Will definitely visit again.

This was our first time to stay here, we stayed in a 1bdm apartment.. it was very spacious and the huge bed was so comfy I slept with my 3 kids on it..lol Bathtub is deep and huge amazing for a relaxing evening aromatic bath. Service was fast and i loved the fact that talabat delivery can deliver to iyr room door as opposing to other hotels where u have to go down to reception to collect your order . I would only like the room to have carpets or wood flooring to feel cosy especially in winter.. other than that..all was great. The facilities downstairs were great..swimming pool, playground, cafés, library etc .u get the vibe of walking in Venice streets in the evening.
