My dog went for consultation, ended up with operation, then during follow ups caught three fatal viruses: corona, parvoa, and gardia. I needed to spend more than 3000 SAR for the revovery in different clinic. Very low hygene measures and cleaning.

Very nice place, they are taking care of animals, cleaning and feeding. Kids can play and touch animals (3-rd floor). Animals are clean. Goats are naughty 😝 Veterinarian is really good and doing his job. He cares about animals and giving good advices. Thank u U can find food for kittens and big cats, puppies and dogs, birds, turtles, fish, snake 🙈 Nice organized and friendly staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting pet shop. Many cats resting in their own vomit. Large dogs in very tiny cages. Putrid smells throughout the shop. DO NOT give these people your money. Most of the animals look very unwell. Please find somewhere else.

I went to get my husky groomed and I asked several times how much it was and they ignored me and took my dog and when she was in the middle of being groomed they told me the price and I was shocked they over charged me also I bought wet and dry food and they kept changing the price. After I took my dog she smelt very bad and it was like she was never washed. I will not go back to this place for several reasons.

This is a horrible place to bring your pet, I came to get my cat a haircut and the staff were very ignorant and tried to tell me what my cat needed. They do NOT know how to cut hair, they were being very rough and left my cat wet after the shower. I picked him up and his hair was all uneven and they hurt his paw. And on top of that, they cut his whiskers and denied it when I asked them why did they do that. They said it's normal to cut whiskers but it actually hurts the cat and makes them walk into things and become disorientated. I've had my cat for 14 years and I've never heard of someone say this, it is clear they do not know what they are doing and saying. The worst experience I've ever had and I'm never coming here again .
