You sit in water surrounded pods that must be sprouts from the Super Trees over in the Gardens by The Bay. The food off the limited menu is delicious. It is as creatively presented as the setting. Layla our server was most enjoyable to meet. Another brief but memorable Singapore experience.More
Love frequenting this place to have a quiet lunch or catch up on some reading. Used to order the black charcoal waffles which were divine. However, it was a pity they were removed from the menu when I came back the next month. Wide variety of food items on their menu with delectable desserts and delicious teas. Highly recommend this place due to its lovely ambience and attentive staff that make you feel at home.More
Great ambience to chill and interact with close friends. We tried the after teas - the English style was tastier and more interesting than the Peranakan style, but the pan fried fish was a little out of sync. The sofa seats were little distant from the table hence not the most comfortable if one were to sit back and eat.More
The lively place for the quick bite and drinks. Generally, you will see people enjoying drinks and food here. More
I'm not much of a buffet person nowadays. So the main reason I was attracted to try this is mainly because of the ambience of the place. I visit the Pan Pacific for staycation a number of times, and always wanted to try this afternoon tea buffet. This time round, we finally made it happen. Located at the lobby of the hotel, it's open for all visitors to see how cosy an environment this is. If you get one of those pod seats, it provides so much more privacy. Personally, I like the food too because I'm a fan of peranakan dishes and the laksa is delicious. But it's a little costly in you consider the spread and type of the food. However, I don't believe anyone will pay to eat here just because of the food. To me , it's a great alternative to staying in a room with lounge access, unless you are a big evening cocktail person.More
