Aura

My sister and I have just got back from a 6 night stay at the signature hotel. We shared room 502 small balcony but a great view of the marina. It is located in a good position to get to different areas. Room was spacious, good size kitchen and bathroom area. Staff very friendly and helpful, had breakfast a few times which was lovely too. We were in Dubai for a family wedding over at the Palm, easy to get there by taxi about 15 mins. Overall a lovely place to stay

Access to everything marina. Rooms weren't the best I've been...but it wasn't bad. Edit: After staying a few nights. Realized the room had dirty floors, after walking around my feet was black as if I was walking outside barefoot. There was a horrid smell coming out the draining pipes, whenever we used the kitchen sink. The personnel themselves were nice...but the quality of the service was subpar. When asked to clean..no cleaning was done other than wiping the table, supplying towels and straightening the bed. The floors remained dirty, toilet remained dirty. Location if you are not leaving the Marina is excellent...but trying to go elsewhere or return there is a bottle neck in traffic right at the exit leaving or coming to the hotel. The AC unit is placed to blow right at the bed....normally I like the AC..but there was no happy medium in comfort. The AC would turn on and blow at extreme level to make it cold..no matter the temperature setting than turns off it gets hot very fast. At night the routine was covers on, covers off. I will not be staying here again only if last resort due to high profile days.

Absolutely amazing personnel! Very helpful, supportive and friendly! Both consierges and an amazing lady at the reception made staying at the hotel easy, comfortable and home-like. Both me and my 7-years old son loved the vacation in Dubai mainly thanks to the hotel and its staff!

The staff was very nice. However. The food was absolutely gross. Tasteless. My whole family wasn't eating. Had to spend money outside even tho our breakfast was included and we paid extra for that. Our electricity went away--- all night. Woke up sweating. Had to call downstairs to find out the breaker went out. We got one bed for a 4 person booking. They charged us extra for an extra bed despite all of our issues. 1 towel provided for 4 people and the shower didn't have shower gel in the dispenser. But water leaves after 2 person's shower so we have to wait. Also the floors were so dirty that we took some shower and our feet got immediately dirty again so they didn't clean the room. Seriously. Just location and employees were good. Everything else was horrible and we are not even picky people

Came with 2 kids to check in , we did everything online and when we came two us adults had passports they refused for us to stay becoz I don't have kids physical passports but have scanned documents which they don't want us to do. Unfortunately they made us wait with the kids at reception for more than an hour. Manager and receptionist was so rude till my husband came . They changed their attitude.
