The girl from the staff was so rude and they closed 10:00 pm why they started cleaning 9:30 pm when I said I want to sit they said take away only and there’s 30 minutes left!!!

Disappointed to see when the store had just opened and it was so dirty. Floors very sticky, bad smell and counter covered with dirt and sprinkles from yesterday. When raising my concern with the staff got a very rude response "Can't you see I was cleaning in the back". My personal opinion store should be deep cleaned in the night ready for opening.

They say they close 10 pm but they actually close 9:30 to start cleaning!! You should respect your shop and your customer when you state timings. Start cleaning after the closing time, or state that you close 9:30 pm not 10.
