We atr big fan of BR. We were craving for it after late dinner. Just ordered 2 of this, our favourite banana royale and they came melted! Asked the Delivery man, did they give them dry ice in the cooler bag with the ice-cream, he said he came from 8 km away from my place in JLT, if the ice-cream melted, is not his fault. Bad experience for our first time!!! Maybe it is a bad idea to order ice-cream online with Careen! Photos were taken immediately after we received them!

The ice cream was good . However, giving 1 star due to the staff that was not willing to help us when we wanted to use my entertainer. He told us to come back when his supervisor is at work coz he doesn’t know how entertainer works . We explained to him, that we won’t be in the area anymore . We told him that we just needed the code of their store so he can scan the barcode from the app but he kept refusing to saying “I don’t know how to punch it” . We then requested him to call back his supervisor since he was talking to him on the phone twice while we were there . After insisting, he called his supervisor and was able to assist us in under a minute . Just the lack of willingness and finding ways to help first is disappointing. He could have tried to do it first before telling us multiple times that he doesn’t know how to do it . Extremely disappointing. 👎👎👎
