Dear Baskin Robbins,
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred at your Dar Al Salam mall branch on Friday, 21st July 2023, at approximately 7:20 pm. My friend and I visited your store wanting to try your new summer sea salt flavor ice cream.
Upon arrival, we approached the counter where a man and a woman were present. I spoke to the man, and I was surprised that he interrupted me while I was speaking and proceeded to raise his voice at both me and my friend. His behavior was both uncivil and unprofessional. He shouted that the ice cream flavor was "finished," all the while mumbling something under his breath.
I must say that this incident caused us significant embarrassment and inconvenience, as it took place in public view. As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the quality of your products and the ambiance of your stores. However, the treatment we experienced on this occasion was far from satisfactory.
Before taking any formal action, I believe it is fair to give you the opportunity to address this matter. I would like to know how you plan to handle this situation and prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. It's imperative that your employees are trained to interact with customers politely and professionally.
I sincerely hope that you will take this matter seriously and conduct a thorough investigation into the incident. It is my expectation that appropriate actions will be taken to rectify the situation and ensure that such incidents are not repeated. I trust that you value your customers and will do everything in your power to maintain a high standard of customer service.
