The room surprising spacious and housekeeping refill the toiletries without have to ask for it. Iron ready and hairdryer ready in the room. There is place to drink at night and duty free zone which is you can buy anything at cheaper price. I was staying in Berjaya Waterfront Hotel during my visit. I would like to compliment about the front line staff by the of Jenna Martin who was a duty manager. Really served me with excellent hospitality. Despite the early customer who was very rude, she never failed to smile when she serving me. This days you hardly find such attitude in the service line. I'm very pleased of the service rendered by the above staffs who really went the milestone to make my stay as comfortable as possible as I'm been a loyally patronising in this hotel for more than a decade and have lots of nostalgic moments here. They try their level best to make sure everything is ok but then all departments have to work as a team to make it happen I.e. housekeeping and maintenance departments to upkeep to its standards as how it was once were many years back and I believe you guys have still the potential to do it.It's just you need more motivated people like Jenna and Firdaus around to make it happen Berjaya have a prestige name worldwide and you need to upkeep to it.So its very important to train the staffs adequately to maintain that standards.2 efficient staffs isn't enough to make it happen you really need to consider in reshaping the entire staffs to uphold the name.Read more
We were having last minute plan to overstay in jb and we had decided to stay in this hotel.. overall i was so happy with the service even I've been inform no instant room available for us.. thanks to the duty manager "zack wan" i guess.. he manage to get a room for us and it was so quick.. i think the room condition can be better but it was still nice... on top of that i would like to suggest that maybe u can put few staff at the lobby to assist us because we were so confused where to check in because there is no one to assist us when we were arrived.Read more
