Its just my first time there hence i feel so welcomed. All of the staff are very accommodating specially Mr. Nor, he even helped me on my trouble on my laptop. The food are amazing and the place is relaxing. Nice to spend alone or with friends.

We tried the breakfast food, juices and coffee. The service is friendly and the restaurant is decorated nicely. I loved the flat white! Breakfast was pretty good and portions are great. We will be back. Update 22/11/2023: We visited Berri’s again for dinner this time and everyone loved their chicken sandwiches and cheeseburgers! Our server Noor went above and beyond and I must say he is the best in the business! Super comfortable and my teenage son told me that he felt like we were at home! We will be back again and again! As a bonus they have a big screen tv in the back showing football games on Bein sports channel!

It was our first time to dine in Berris Restuarant and we enjoyed the ambiance and Mr. Steven was very onhands on in our table. He knows how to manage his guest. We definitely coming back here.

Worst pancakes ever!!!!!!!! I must express my extreme disappointment with my recent visit to your restaurant!!! The pancakes we ordered were nothing short of a disaster and bore no resemblance to what was advertised!!!! The excruciating two-hour wait only compounded our frustration!! What's more, the quality of the breakfast we received, given the hefty price tag of 99AED, was absolutely unacceptable. It felt as though we were served an endless array of egg-based dishes. To make matters worse, the caffe latte I ordered was also a letdown. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback to heart and make the necessary improvements to your menu and service, as I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone based on my experience!!!

Friendly service, great location and excellent sushi rolls. Make sure to make an appointment if you want to eat sushi to confirm that the sushi chef is available.
