I invested approximately RM360 in an upfront wax package at this establishment. Fortunately, upon completing the package, I now have the option to transition to another outlet. Unfortunately, my experience here has been consistently subpar and disappointing, with staff frequently communicating in their own language during services. This has been impolite, and I find it unsettling not knowing the content of their conversations. The overall ambiance is affected by the staff, who consistently appear in a disheartened mood, never displaying a friendly demeanor or smiles. This noticeably impacts the overall experience negatively. Additionally, the wax applied is consistently too hot for comfort.

Super professional and friendly! The staff , Ms Raman did my eyebrows PERFECTLY- I was beyond pleased and will definitely be back again! Location is spotlessly clean and she is so friendly and personable. 5 stars for sure!!

The last three threading experience at this shop was awful. The staff seemed inexperienced and lacked communication skills. The thread kept breaking, causing pain to my eyes, and no apology were made. My eyebrows are now uneven and messy. They charged me RM13 for this terrible service.

Good clean service but at a price comparable to Singapore. They have a 15% discount promo running now, without which, the price would have been even more ex. Threading and waxing was professionally done and rather painless. One star deducted for the price.
