INK Hotel was a delight for us to stay at, and it was a genuinely great experience. All aspects of our stay—from the time we arrived until we left surpassed our expectations. Our experience here was definitely remarkable because of the excellent service we received and impeccable attention to detail. In addition, I'd want to point out that the staff was friendly and demonstrated a genuine dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. We stayed here for three days, and they consistently offered to go above and above to accommodate our demands, which improved the whole experience. The room (the design on a part of the room wall gives great aesthetic pleasure) and the view were nothing short of spectacular. We will definitely stay here again. See you soon!

The hotel is not good, and they don't handle customers professionally. On the first day, the air conditioners were not working, which wasted time to address the issue. After that, I was moved to a room for disabled people, which was smaller than the one I had originally booked. Upon checking out, the receptionist asked for a fine of 500 dirhams due to a dirty blanket. After refusing to pay, the fine was canceled. Therefore, I recommend against dealing with this hotel.

It’s a super pet friendly hotel and environment. The staffs are also very welcoming towards my dog. The hotel staff were quick to rectify issues. Breakfast is simple but sufficient and the coffee is awesome! Jabbar makes one of the best coffee and is very attentive towards the guests. The hotel is situated next to the canal which is a very nice area to take the dog for walks. Value for money too. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Very good stay! One of the few pet friendly hotels. Jabbar is one of the staff at the restaurant, very good with pets and make the best coffee in town. He has a good service attitude and is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Jabbar (barista), is an excellent barista, attentive, fun, friendly and willing to help on any occasion, he makes the stay much more enjoyable. All the hotel was in general perfect for me and my family.
