Blue Brasserie Restaurant

I recently enjoyed a one-night stay at this lovely resort. The experience nice. The hotel exuded cleanliness and charm, with an inviting swimming pool and a nice beach. The room was comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a short getaway. The highlight of my stay was the excellent breakfast offered at the resort's dining area. The variety and quality of the morning spread truly impressed me. The staff were incredibly respectful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free visit. Their friendly demeanor added to the overall positive impression. However, the pease and serenity were slightly marred by the noise from the generator and water pumps near the rooms. In conclusion, my stay at this resort was a delightful experience, with clean amenities, beautiful outdoor spaces, and welcoming staff.

Went for a weekend getaway and the reception staff were exceptionally great. They took a good care addressing the issues. The selection of food is not so great comparing to other hotels in the region. The buffet had less option for a 5* hotel. The pool was really good and the seperate kids pool made the life easy. The place is good for people travelling with kids.

The room was amazing - modern, clean, perfect. Had we spent the entire weened in the room it would have been a 5-star experience. The customer service was also great, all the staff were kind and helpful. However, they are let down by the food options available at the resort and their approach to their beach and pool facilities. The pool area is great, beautiful and big. The only problem is that you can hear two sets of music — the pool music and the general resort music. They could've easily resolved this issue by playing the same music on both speakers. The beach is nice, but they didn't take advantage of it well. There were a couple of umbrellas and loungers. Not enough umbrellas for all the loungers, not all the loungers had cushions, and it would've been nice if they offered drinks down there. The dinner buffet has limited options and the food is edible, but with the quality I would have paid max 50 riyals per person. It was in fact 150 riyals per person. Breakfast was included in our room fee. It was fine, except the one morning my husband's pancakes were sour and the next morning they advertised waffles, but it was just thick pancakes in the shape of a waffle. The beach restaurant where we had dinner the last night was also a letdown. We had a seafood platter that wasn't very nice. It was cold, there was meant to be calamari on it but there was none, and the general quality of the meal was sub par. Again, the disappointing dinner worked out to 150-200 riyals per person. All in all, I would definitely return to the resort for it's lovely rooms, but next time I'll bring noise cancelling headphones for poolside and go offsite/order takeout to be delivered and have it in the room.

Even though the hotel design is phenomenal... And is rated a 5 stat hotel... The service there is absolutely disastrous. We stayed in a suite for 3 days... Room service for cleaning only came once after calling a lot... Even though they have a phone that enables you to call housekeeping and room service... No ONE ANSWERS...they keep you for a very long time with no answering and reply unless you call the reception... If you request shower stuff or extra condiments the housekeeping in charge refuses... And blame you for requesting stuff once in a day... The housekeeping staff are extremely rude that you'd try to avoid interacting with them The sauna and massage room even though their advertised for they're not working... The jacuzzi is absolutely disgusting... No one cleans after each individual uses it which puts others in a risk of any infection... Overall, not the best experience, especially if you're going with a family... I think the hotel need to improve their services, and workers need to be more polite, they also need to focus on hygiene purposes as pool and jacuzzi were dirty and contaminated.

Sultan resort perfect place to stay with family with pool facing the beach. Breakfast was one of the best. Friendly staffs all over the property. Big thanks to Mr. Haaj reservation manager who has been very helpful in all means. Made our stay memorable.
