When I arrived at Bodyroll, I had no idea what to expect! Its a roll massage performed on wooden bannisters - like a floating drum. You can do bodyroll with your gym clothes on - so no worries on having to strip down, or any worries about hygiene issues. And I have to tell you, that this is an absolute gem of a find! Its fabulous for lymphatic drainage, and it is also ideal for recovery after a hectic workout session too - this thanks to the fact that your whole body is rolled. Additionally, the staff at Bodyroll Cape Town, are so friendly, patient, and helpful. It is truly just a very good pick for those wanting to de-stress, and relax - whether you've had a hectic day, have tight muscles, or just want a bit of a roll-through. I would definitely recommend popping in to Bodyroll Cape Town.

Body roll has changed my life! I’ve just done the detox sessions where I did one treatment after the other for 7 days as well as the infrared sauna how many times did I do the infrared sauna 3×2 times 3 times and the results I’ve had are absolutely amazing! I feel rejuvenated can see my body’s circulation improving rapidly.. almost like Benjamin button, reversing in aging.. also the staff are super helpful and friendly.

I love going to Bodyroll mainly for the amazing deep massage on my legs bum and arms! Always feel such a great tingle after and like I’ve had a good full body massage. Make sure to drink tonnes of water too as it’s quite detoxifying.

Had an amazing session after Cape Town Marathon. I walked in stiff and sore and walked out feeling amazing! I would recommend this treatment 100% for runners!
