We dined in Brasserie during our staycation in Doubletree by Hilton Marjan Island and we had a fabulous experience. Brasserie Restaurant is also part of the Islander’s brunch on every Saturday and we absolutely enjoyed the brunch. Special thanks to Chef Mukthar Khan for the delicious dishes and wonderful hospitality.

Had a nice dinner here , it was grill open buffet , they offered steak , chicken , lamb and tuna , plus a variety of salads and live station for Caesar salad and beef tartare price 199 per person . Live music made the evening very pleasant

We absolutely didn't expect the food to be that good! We came on Thursday and they had family night buffet and the food was amazing! We came with doubts but left with mouthful of good words abt the food! The Chef Mr. Benedict was just lovely and accomodating. Will recommend this and will come back for sure once we stay again at Double Tree Al Murjan. 🤗👍

We enjoyed our visits to the Brasserie, located inside the Hotel. Food was of a high/good standard. Only missing a star to make it 5 in this place due to the slight lack of staff. Most people chose to sit outside, which at busy times meant we were looking for our Server to request drinks, who wasn't there when required. Special staff to note are Mario and Candy, who were very pleasant and helpful at all times.
