We had one of the worst service experiences ever till date. The sales executive Supin was especially very impolite with no sense of understanding of how to behave with shoppers. Made us wait for a long time just to behave rudely. I wish google had negative markings.

Very Nice Shop with good collection, however very poor and impolite Sales person by the name Supin. If he is in store, expect very poor service and negligence. Not sure why such a good brand would hire without looking at the sales representatives. Not going to visit this specific outlet ever again.

Had visited there recently, idk if the salesman(supin) there selling jewelry or showcasing his bad attitude towards customers, the HR didn't do any background check before hiring (pretty sure), a person with autism would do a better job!

The baddest shop ever, doesn’t know anything about customer service! I received a gift on 14th of feb and it was 50% off discounted. Next day i went to exchange and they said they dont have the offer anymore. I kept visiting the whole month waiting for the offer to come back (as per them) so i can exchange the diamond bracelet. And today finally they approved that i can exchange with 50% off but they have to send the bracelet to the manufacturer for evaluation first and it will take 4 days! I left it there and after i reached home they called to inform that this branch will not have discount,,,, please come collect your item and send it to marina mall instead! Seriously? I drove 30min and you confirmed you will have the same discount and now u r telling me to come back take the bracelet and send it to other branch so they can do the evaluation!!! What do you know about customer service? I promise to tell everyone how bad your service is.... you only want to sell .......
