The cashier was rude. The way of dealing is very bad once I’ve been in close of the cashier and it was my turn. He deal with me like he didn’t see me at all and he’s bossing me and T that another customer which is came after me this a very rude and and respectable at all for a regular customer. Even the manager, he don’t know how to solve the matter without seeing any things, and let the customer without any comment

The manager is super gentleman. The reason I deducted a star is that the lady staff kept my fries container up side down, and forgot to keep my garlic sauce within my order bag. Taste is great, as we used to. The new manager for 2022 is even better, he wiped the table n placed my order on it by himself. 👍🏻 Back to 5 🌟s

The place is really good, for us working in Kezad, we don't have any more options other than the petrol station and burger king always ticks the lunch slot..

A new staff was working there, along with other 2 staff and manager. They made the new staff do everything in the restaurant, taking and packing orders. When our order got ready and we have seen the burgers in-front of us the other lady refused to give it to us and instead got the new staff from inside when she was LITERALLY in front of our order. She also yelled at the other staff causing her to cry and continued to laugh as if nothing happened in front of the customers. This kind of behavior shouldn’t be conducted to any restaurant, and this shows very lack of team work and instead of helping each other it’s like they’re just dragging each other down. The long hair lady wearing black should be fired for this action. She doesn’t deserve to have this position for her rudeness to the other lady.

I don't know why but I always get the worst burgers there, I seriously think they microwave the sandwiches, the bread is wet and saggy, the vegetables look sad in the sandwiches, the taste of fat lingering in your mouth after the first bite.
