Burger King is one of my favorite go to restaurants for burgers and food quality is always amazing, but sadly customer satisfaction isn't all about taste. For me the quality that turns me off¡ in a restaurant is when I feel that the restaurant is cheap. Cheapness doesn't come in obvious forms, it starts off in stable hints before it escalate, things that customers generally don't pay attention to, but this costumer does! This burger King had 3 main cheap out tactics that bother me because the items are so silly that it shouldn't be an issue, the first is the paper bag they use measure the fries instead of the cupboard bag that is the standard (this way they fill up less fries but make it seem like they are giving you more than what you paid for because the fries is overflown from the bag). The second is the single piece of napkin (every customer gets one) why burger King? Your food is already over priced 3 napkins should be the minimum. Third, the single pack of ketchup, when you ask for more they give you 2, please explain burger King how in a cafeteria where the meal costs 90% less they give us a year's worth supply of ketchup packets, yet you think that each customer should only get one, and 2 more only of they ask.
Shame burger King! Shame! You should change your management to someone who worries more about customer service.
