Enormous list of LatAm food options. Tastes really authentic. Even some drinks like chicha morada and few mexican imported sodas available. That's great!

somehow we visit the place since September 2021 at least once in half of year. and service going down and down.
Today in the empty restaurant we have chosen "our table", and later discovered it was dirty. So after previous guests none cleaned the table. Somehow today we were cut of regular complementary nachos.. is it optimization of spends? maybe, but once you got you expect to have it always.
There is a real drama about waitresses in the place: they don't know menu, don't know how to handle the crazy electronic menu from talabat, don't know how to speak clearly, don't know how to remember an order, don't know that empty dishes are needed to be taken from table to prevent sense of dirtiness and chaos on the table.
I personally believe none of them has any restaurant service knowledge. but that's a common sense, not a rocket science: take care about a guest and you will have tips, as well happy client.
aver last point about happy client - when you order in that crazy talavat ipad one can see discount, but when you get the bill the discount "magically" disappears.. again, not a problem to have no discount, the food is good. the problem is to have discount present and then don't get it.
