Busaba Bangkok Thai

Sep 17 : We did a mistake visiting this restaurant. We have always ordered from here and food was good, so we decided to visit and have a good lunch experience. When we arrived the restaurant was almost full, we got a table. It took 10-15minutes and after lot of calls to actually have someone come and take our order. We realised that they were under staffed and only one person running around to manage orders and to serve. The starters and salad we ordered AGAIN were brought only to our table after repeated calls and request. One of our meals were glass noodles. No where the glass noodle matched, they way it's served with the authentic menu. (pic attached). They looked more like rice noodles. After pointing out, the person serving argued that they are glass and this is how they serve. We returned the plate we ordered. We were very disappointed not only in the service, the delay and now the food ad well. The only saving grace at the end was the Thai curry, which tasted good. May be it really tasted good or we were really hungry from the waiting time we spent for the food to arrive. For me I will not visit the restaurant again.

We ordered Pad Thai Original, Bang Kapi Katsu with curry sauce and Chicken Satay. It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming. Staff are extremely approachable and make great recommendations.

It was a very amazing experience..we had lunch at the branch today in mirqab mall and it was so satisfying...the food, service, staffs, and ambiance is so nice..I will definitely come back and recommend to all my friends this experience..thank you to all the staff of Busaba Thai Restaurant...good job!..

Great Tom Yum soup.. Good for 4 person, must try. Green Jay curry with sticky rice Red seafood curry Stir fry prawns… Authentic Thai food in Doha.

I especially recommend Tom yum soup which was so delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant was also well-designed and music was calming
