As an appetizer I ordered a leek and cheese cake. It was completely tasteless and seemed to be something you made out of the freezer and drove a little well hard in the microwave. For dinner I chose ribeye steak medium rare, my friend chose the same dish. The meat we got was completely tasteless and dry, reminiscent of old bread. My friend got an equally boring steak. For the food, my friend chose two different red wines which tasted good but unfortunately expensive. My wife chose lamb shank which we chose to take home with the dog. But my husband I didn't even have the heart to give to the dog. Unfortunately, my review of the restaurant is very negative, but the wait staff was good. Don't go there, you want to drink wine so ok but the food is awful. If the owner reads this then I suggest he change the chef or at least sample the food before serving it.Read more
Great atmosphere, Excellent ambiance, Perfect music selection, Generous portions and most of all a vast selection of wines spoiled to choose from. Well done Cent Anni Team for your hospitality and courteousness. Read more
We went to Cent'Anni as it was highly recommended by friends. Very glad we did! Everything was excellent, the food, the service and especially the most hospitable owner who is very savvy of Umbria. Will surely return soon!Read more
It has been a while, four years ago we went to Cent Anni when it had just opened, now we decided to visit again when we heard about his French Chef, not sorry at all that we did, the place has matured into a fine restaurant and a great wine bar, Rene the owner selected a great wine from the Veneto region of Italy which proofed to be one of the best I tasted this year. As for food, I had a terrine of rabbit, quail and liver served with caramelised onions which was to die for, my better half had Gazpacho, I thought that was strange as she had just come back from Spain, but she said it was much better that the one she had in Seville. We both had sea bass to follow, perfectly cooked, all this with a impeccable service and a reasonable price for what we had.Read more
We visited this place a few times and found it very charming and romantic. It's cosy, quiet and with a relaxing atmosphere. The food selection is a bit limited, but good especially if you're not big eaters. The win list could be more extensive too, especially to include some of the finer local wines. If you are looking for somewhere new, we recommend you visit this place.Read more
