Very reputable and reliable company from many years. I met the owner Nifal in 2012 and purchased yellow Sapphire when I was in Dubai, it was a quality and genuine gemstone I still have it. I moved to west and again reached out to him in 2023 to buy ruby, coral and pearl, I must say that he dealt in very professional way and answered all the queries. He was very helpful and arranged everything from start to finish (from making gemstones in the ring and safely delivering to my door step). I requested to make pendent for the pearl and sent him some designs....he got it done exactly the design that I was looking for. It was wonderful experience.....any one looking to buy genuine gemstone I highly recommend this company.

Whilst on my holidays, the ring kept coming back into my mind, so I emailed Ceylon Master Gems as I was due to visit Abu Dhabi prior to my return to the UK. Hello everyone. I wanted to share a bit about my experience with Ceylon Master Gems and Nifal, who is the owner of the company. I was looking for a graduation gift and I was very specific that I wanted a natural unheated ruby ring. I searched for it in a few places in Asia and then I decided to go and look for it in Dubai, where I live. Nifal and his company was recommended to me by another jewellery company in Gold and Diamond park in Dubai. Nifal's shop is a bit hard to find, but ask anyone and they will tell you where to go. As soon as I walked in, Nifal was extremely welcoming and I felt like he can be trusted. He showed me a few rings which I did not like and then he came to an Idea of making a ring from scratch. He showed me a few amazing ruby stones, and one of them was perfect for me (cut, size, price, colour, clarity). We talk a lot about what the ring will look like, he has a lot of ideas and he can show you samples and other rings that he made in the past. For me the most important thing was that the stone has a certificate so that I am completely sure that I am getting what I am paying for and Nifal was very sincere about everything. He showed me all the certificates and answered any questions I had. He is truly professional and very friendly at the same time. You can see that making gems are his art and that he really loves his job. Later on we talked on WhatsApp, I wanted the ring to look exactly as I imagined it and I made a few changes in the process, but he was very happy to make it look just as I wanted to. The outcome was perfect, I love the ring so much and I wouldn't change anything about it. So for anyone who lives in Dubai or just stopping by, if you ever need a really special custom piece of jewellery, I would highly recommend Cylon Master Gems and Nifal.
