Chaiiwala of London

Sometimes you stumble upon a food place which surpass your all expectations. Very nice ambience attentive staff to start with. I was little hesitant when I saw the small menu, but the lady recommended me one sandwich and something similar to quesadilla. Man it was so good!!!, sandwich also was top notch. Will surely going back again to try other items. They accept entertainer as well

Had breakfast there. Ordered paratha with mine meat, was disappointed as thought it would be hand made desi style paratha but it was 100% frozen packet paratha. Club sandwich was ok, more of veggies than chicken. Service was good, so was atmosphere.

Nice decorated place, friendly waiter and not too long of waiting time. I personally like their chaiwala, taste good, not too much spices and fresh. Tried some of their snacks too, tasty chicken and fries. All in all good place for tea break and refreshing options to have among others.

Food was really good and super wallet friendly for the quality. Get 1-for-1 free if you’re using entertainer. We have the Bombay sandwich, quesadilla, cold chai and lemon drink. The chai really stood out to me - worth a try if you’re there. Service leaves a bit to be desired: requests aren’t completed, the buzzer doesn’t work, and employees are curt. Good thing it’s practically a casual self serve restaurant. The place is inside a mall so 3 stars is really the ceiling for me there.

This was the first time I went in UAE. I have been in UK and it’s a lot better in London. We ordered various dishes. Firstly the karak we ordered was not tasty, the waiter told me it was an old batch and in 5min he will exchange to a new batch. So acceptable as they would exchange it. But the issue was the food! I had a hair in my Chenna, the fries were reheated and the quality was horrible. I could have just gone to a local Caffateria and paid a fraction of the price for better quality food. Worst part is I complained to the manager who didn’t have the courtesy to apologise. The waitress didn’t speak good English. I ask a question and get totally different answers. Overall the service and food was not worth it. Staff don’t apologise and try to make your experience better. Also we sat in a booth. After paying our bill. We had a child seat which the child was with my friend. So the buggy was blocked and obstructing the way out. We asked the waiter to remove the high chair only to be told yes and they walked off. So juggling a baby, pram and moving a high chair. Service is useless. Best to stick to UK for this Resturant.
