Chatrium Grand Hotel exceeded our expectations and we could find no faults throughout our 7D6N stay in their 2-bedroom executive suite . The entire hotel staff team is impressively welcoming, attentive, thoughtful and efficient, truly living up to being a 5-star establishment.

Before our stay:
We booked directly through the hotel website. Enquiries were promptly addressed via the live chat system. Being able to pay at the hotel with a cancellation option 24 hour prior to arrival is essential to those with uncertain travelling dates like us.
Hotel Service:
Outstanding team of staff. No matter what they were busy with, they would do their best to look up to acknowledge the guests. They approach guests to ask if they need anything without being prompted. They give you the "Hey, I know you are here and I'm here if you need me" kind of feeling and it's very assuring, especially when you are in a foreign land.
All in all, the hotel is new, modern, clean and comfortable. The hotel team seem to have gone through a rigorous selection process and they are no doubt very well-trained in hospitality. Even some of the luxury hotels in Singapore pale in comparison in terms of service and attentiveness. We will definitely return on our next trip to Bangkok.
