Spacious room with fully equipped kitchen. Only thing I missed was onsen. The breakfast restaurant was expensive and didn't sell breads I saw in hotel photos; maybe only winter time?

Conveniently located hotel with a relaxed lobby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Ski lockers available for guests. Shuttle bus surface makes getting anywhere in town a breeze. The room is spacious and clean. Water pressure and temperature are both excellent. This will be my future place of residence for my Niseko ski trips.

Outstanding location and amazing supportive staff / concierge who will go above and beyond to make your stay incredible. Special shout out to Tiffany who was simply awesome! Come here for a great location to the slopes, good restaurants, near food trucks, and has a staff that has no problems making reservations and meeting all your transportation needs.

The hotel is close to the main street that leads to the slopes, with easy access to Rhythm where you can rent skis. Restaurants, bars, slopes, everything is accessible by foot, which is super convenient! The room was huge with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and living room. I loved the atmosphere and the interior design. The staff was very welcoming and available, providing pick up service, food delivery recommendations (during corona time). We were also able to check in early. I highly recommend the hotel for all kinds of travels.

We had two bedroom apartment at ~AUD$900/night inc. breakfast Pros: - Spacious and clean rooms - Good kitchen though we didn’t eat in - Good breakfast (?? Open 0700 rather than 0730) - Super friendly staff always happy to help - Excellent shuttle service to lifts - Excellent location for main tourist area - Locker/boots area - Can leave ski rentals at hotel on departure Cons: - Staff could be more knowledgeable (where to eat: I don’t know, I cook at home / where is good for onsen: not sure, we don’t go, too expensive for us) - No onsen inhouse (or bath) - Rooms not overly thoughtful: eg no thermostat, bedside table one side only, no reading light, fridge not on (stupid us only realised when our ice cream melted!) Would I stay again? Probably yes.
