Loved the tenderloin steak with mashed potatoes and garlic bread! Ribs were a little small, but overall good service and nice restaurant for day time lunch. We also used entertainer app for 25% discount.

When visiting chillis in person, everything is good. But when making orders via talabat, especially if there is 50% off deal, be prepared to get food cooked yesterday as per its condition, taste etc. . I am a loyal customer and previously occasionally received bad food via talabat, but today I ordered my favorite dish - crispy honey Chipotle chicken - and the chicken was like rubber. I did not eat even half, money wasted. I feel like chillis treat customers who order via talabat with discount like "its OK to give them such food ". So far, never going to order again. Adding a photo of the unfinished dish.

Horrendous presentation, food came out looking disgusting, Ive been a customer of chilis for years. Totally unacceptable Chilis Al Hamra. I have vowed to never return.

Very nice restaurant. Location inside al hamra mall. Sitting outside possible but not really comfortable. The mushroom burger was just amazing. Very fresh and good meat. Good in taste. Quick timing. Served hot. The quesadillas 17th scampi was also good. Not too much grilled but still good in taste. Rice and beans beside was spicy. French fries was not too hot so perfect for eating direct with kids. Only issue was just that they didn't bring any mayonnaise and mustard but only ketchup. Anyway was a good experience and we will come back again soon. By the way the waiters and the staff was very welcoming and friendly... Definitely to recommend. Also no problems with parking hence all Al Hamra Mall ist surrounded with parking lots. Enjoy!
