Choco Loco

This was our first visit and we were truly impressed! The place is nicely designed with dark vibes and very attentive and welcoming staff. It is also very family friendly with specific table sets and cute plates for children. These small touches make all the difference in my opinion! Coming to the desserts, we chose two cakes from the display. It was a difficult choice as everything looked so yummy! Both were super moist and fluffy, and very flavorful. The fruit cake was really the highlight, having a smooth and delicious custard filling and whipped cream. The banana cake was a bit too sweet as it was soaked with some kind of caramel/syrup. We also tried their signature choux pastry dessert and it was lovely. We had 3 different coffees and all were really good with intense flavors (and not sour thanks god!) and again thoughtful presentation as each came with a piece of chocolate and a small water shot. I think the prices are really reasonable compared to the generous portions, quality, and the fact that restaurant is in the Pearl!

My first time here, I liked the ambiance and service was great. I ordered the egg muffins, loved it. The portion is small, the way I like it, the salad is perfect. I’ll come back to try more items.

Overall good experience, the atmosphere, the coffee and desserts are good regarding the taste but for the prices I believe a bit high for some items (not all) such as coffee the quantity was very little, so whether reduce prices or make a fair quantity for the customers. But all over as I said great experience.

Amazing chocolate bar with a huge variety of desserts and coffee to choose from. What I liked about this place is they have some unique dessert collections as compared to most cafes. Banana jar was pretty nice and service was great. Very graceful staff. Awesome ambience and a buzzing atmosphere

Interior is fun, chic and quirky with their signature desserts hanged upside down. Staff is attentive to every customer who walks in. So prepare your Ehteraz in advance. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. It's actually one of the first cafe/restaurants that I see their manager/supervisor is actively walking around the cafe, assisting customers and their staff... They are always on the floor which is definitely a 👍. If you don't know what to have, staff will recommend their Signature Chocoloco Spring and I must say it is really good.. Chocolate not too sweet or over powering. The sweetness is just right. The Pecan pie has chucks of Pecan inside. Not some chopped up Pecan nuts as toppings. As a lover of Pecan Pie, this place has one of the best! Beverages, if you're a coffee person, you have a choice of milk too. Either oat or soy. A friend had their Irish Cabne and she said it was yum! One of my first is, they provide a small shot of sparkling water with your beverage. It's to clean your palate after trying different chocolate items. That is a WOW factor coz I never that is even a thing. Definitely a nice place to go and oh, the music... Keep the music going guys! It brings in good vibes while dining. (Latin hits) Will definitely return to enjoy more ChocoLoco Hospitality and their super yummy desserts! Highly recommended!
