Cozy hotel. Staff are kind, though most of the reception and spa are arabic speakers who have problems communicating in other languages, including English. Hotel amenities are good. Food is fine, but expensive. They charge extra if you pay in dollars, better do the exchange outside. In general, good place and I would do it again.

If you like your sleep, a good breakfast and reliable service DO NOT STAY HERE! Fire alarms going off at least twice a day, definitely in the middle of the night. The buffet breakfast is a not fresh and just plain awful. Finishing in the room is poor and overall shape of the rooms is not good, especially if you like some symmetry. The power for the whole hotel went out yesterday evening, some people trapped in the lifts, they should close down this hotel.

Lovely hotel,friendly and professional staff. My room was 106,very spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, I was able to get proper rest. My one wish would be a bigger sofa in the sitting area the chairs are lovely but not so nice if you sitting long periods watching TV or a just relaxing. It was easy to connect to their TV so I could use my phone to watch my preferred channel, same thing in the bedroom. Their breakfast was lovely,had variety and tasty.Would love to go back for another staycation. Its worth every penny spent especially as a solo person I look for value for money . Imagine living in a place where fire alarms ring all day long (especially in midnight), room service don't come regularly [and they don't come fast when you ask them to], the water tap falling out and water sprayed all over the place and on your valuables, and your neighbor room is partying too loud all night no matter how many times you send the security to them. Speaking of valuables, I've have had my personal accessories taken away (not sure if stolen or not, but you cannot mistake valuable accessories with trash). The hotel just blatantly denied everything and didn't care one bit.

We booked the room months prior. We came here at 2:15 pm, and they told us the reservation was canceled and that check in was at 2 pm when on the reservation it says 3 pm. They said we didnt pay when on the site it says you can pay in person. We did not cancel the reservation. Some other people we saw in the reception had the same issue, they came at 6pm and were told their reservation was canceled. Another woman told us just now that they also had this issue even though they paid in advance- it is insane. We checked to confirm the reservation 2 days before and they said we still had it. The service is horrible and nothing is being done about this. DO NOT GO.
