The staff at Cinq Mondes Spa were welcoming and professional, making me feel instantly at ease upon arrival. They were attentive to my needs and provided excellent guidance throughout my visit. The facilities at Cinq Mondes Spa were well-maintained and clean. The treatment rooms were cozy and thoughtfully decorated, creating a serene ambiance. I appreciated the attention to detail in providing a comfortable environment for guests. I opted for a Sublime Polynesian massage, and it was a truly rejuvenating experience. The skilled therapist, Joy, utilized a combination of gentle strokes and deep pressure to release tension from my body, leaving me feeling refreshed and revitalized. The use of aromatic oils and hot stones added an extra layer of relaxation, enhancing the overall experience. In terms of customer service, the staff at Cinq Mondes Spa were friendly and accommodating. They were knowledgeable about the treatments and took the time to explain the benefits and techniques involved. The overall experience was pleasant, and I felt well-cared for throughout my visit.

I recently had an opportunity to visit the spa & the service was extraordinary. From the reception up to the treatmant itself. Special thanks to Joy & receptionist whose name I can't exactly remember. With their smile & amazing engagement skills they managed to make my day even better! Keep it up guys 💯

Today i had massage with Joy. It was a wonderfull massage. And the SPA reception Awanda was so polite and so proffesional. I highly recommend the cinq mondes spa. All are great

I recommend this spa salon. The female employees are friendly and welcome in a good mood. The salon is nice, clean, it's nice to be in it. I chose an hour of light-medium relaxing massage for myself. I liked it, but next time I will choose medium - hard, because I wanted more pressure.
