Very expensive and exclusive store in Doha. Lots of expensive brands, it’s a place for the rich.The store has very nice brands but unfortunately the Arab sales staff are unfriendly. If you are not Arab, they don’t even greet you or acknowledge your presence. The store has lots of staff but you walk by and apart from the Filipino staff no one else greets you. The other sales staff make you feel unwelcome. I have gone several times to the store but the feeling has never changed. The cashier guy did not even give me the points card when I last visited, which should make me eligible for gifts. If the store staff do not change their attitude they will lose out on customers and it’s a shame considering it has some very good brands.

Very hi level department store in Doha (oasis). Huge selection of over 600 brands and so much amenities like spa, padel, Vox cinemas, Quest indoor fun Park and luxury food brands like Cova, Twiga and Marcolini with a fascinating open laboratory. Perhaps the layout could have been more creative to avoid feeling like staying in a gigantic duty free shop...

Printemps Doha is the best luxury department store we have been to. The building is an architectural masterpiece housing some of the greatest brands - both designer and niche. They also have a variety of gastronomic options, although we couldn’t try this time. But what really makes Printemps the best of the best is their staff. They have good product knowledge and are there to help with all your needs. While we were waiting for our cab to arrive, the staff at the reception went above and beyond, offering us water and sweets to relish. Overall, this is a must visit destination for locals and tourists alike.

It’s a great department store and nicely curated collections. Difficult to navigate and way find however. While SAs are lovely, on the other hand some security personnel need to be more respectful that screaming at clients who are walking and browsing in peace for no reason - clearly they got nothing else to do since the place is 99% empty. After I finished shopping I was waiting for my driver while seated and the disrespectful security again coming hovering around me. Won’t be coming here again.
