Last weekend myself and my partner went on a safari, 1st of all they were late, then they stuffed 7 of us full grown adults and a child in the car! We were the. Transferred to another car for the dune bashing and then had to go back in the car with everyone, we then had a puncture the fine bashing was 6.5 minutes in total! The driver was friendly but the guy in the office who we complained to was extremely rude! I agreed a price of 250 and he was still demanding more money from us! At the camp they were trying to take more money for everything! It was over crowded and very rushed as we were so late! I have always enjoyed them in the passed but would not reccomend this company. I would try Arabian Nights.Read more
I used this company twice for friends visiting Dubai. The first family (2 adults and 2 kids) of four did a morning dune bashing and quad biking which they enjoyed. The second family (2 adults and 1 teenager) also did a morning dune bashing and quad biking. All really enjoyed it. I see other negative e reviews and perhaps these are for different packages but the morning sessions as above were both a success. Read more
please note that the worst reviews were posted recently. Possibly they delivered a better service in the past but that is not the case now.Read more
We booked our tour 6 days in advance. They failed to turn up to pick us up as agreed. We called them after waiting 15 minutes and they claimed to have no record of our booking. This was the night before we left, so we weren’t able to reschedule. They ruined our last day of our trip and we weren’t able to go to the desert at all - the activity we were most looking forward to. Read more
I organised our desert safari trip via email the day before going on the activity. This was easy and hassle free. We were collected by our guide from our hotel at 15:30 and transferred to the sand dunes. The drive in the desert lasted about 25 minutes including time to stop and take pictures. We were then transported on to the Bedouin camp. I didn't expect the camp to be filled with colourful illuminous lighting. Our guide explained what was in each section-henna designs, camel rides, trying on traditional Arabic clothing, where the food and drinks were. We were shown to our seating area and told to relax and enjoy the dancing show to which we did. The food was tasty, providing a good buffet variety. Before we had a chance to finish our fruit, we were told the camp was closing and it was time to leave . We feel slightly disgruntled by this as we had missed out on the opportunity of seeing and experiencing most of the activities. My advice would be, not to listen to the guide but go straight to the camel etc on arrival into the camp. We were back at our hotel by 20:45. This activity cost AED250 per person. Read more
