I'm simply a big fan on Baskin Robbins ice creams but the Dubai malls staff specially the Indian staff if very undisciplined very rude and they don't even know how to talk to client. 0 customer satisfaction and they don't even obey the timings for closing. They close before 1am in the night and show client's very bad attitude..They should get fired.

Decided to try the twix dessert after seeing it advertised on the main roads of Dubai. It was a waste of time and calories!! Nothing about it worked and the twix actually tasted stale!!

The worst customer treatment I just faced with One waiter called Hafras, arguing and giving attitude to ccustomers and he just made it hard to get a scoop .

Baskin Robbins at The Dubai Mall, very good shop, offering high quality of the most famous ice cream brand, very delicious ice cream and sweets, the services very good, very welcoming staff, the quality and delicious ice cream prices so fair, and I love all flavors and packaging as well
