It was a smooth experience and great customer service yesterday. The team was very clear since the beginning. I had highlighted an issue which I would like the service experts to evaluate. They were prompt to get in touch and update me regarding their evaluation. I received accurate information regarding what the issue was, and the team was very transparent with costs and recommendation, never making me feel pressured to purchase a service or product. This was my first car service experience in Dubai and a great one too. I highly recommend the team not just for their knowledge but their professionalism and transparency.

I have had the best experience with this garage. I am not from around here and have moved for school, I wish I found them sooner. I’m always nervous about bringing a car to a shop for the first time with the fear of being screwed over. But not this shop, I have nothing but amazing things to say about this shop, the mechanics and how they work with you and how they explain everything with such great detail. I would recommend them 100%. Always the best quality.

I had my car booked in for repair and air con re-gas, initially my car failed but the crew got the new part needed immediately and I was able to drive away safely. The communication was 1st class as was the service. Price was as stated and very happy with that too. I’d highly recommend DME garage for their work and service.

I can't thank DME Auto enough for their outstanding work on my Cadillac. The level of service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. My car runs flawlessly now, and I'm thrilled to have them as my go-to mechanics. My brother also swears by them for his BMW, and they did a transmission repair that saved a significant amount compared to dealership prices

DME Garage Now is a top-notch auto repair shop with a team of highly skilled mechanics. I've had the pleasure of using their services twice, and on both occasions, they provided prompt and excellent service. While it took a bit of time to get an estimate due to their busy schedule, the quality of work was worth the wait. My car now runs like a dream!
