Domino's Pizza - Dubai

I have tried so many of pizza's with different brands, but Domino's pizza is my best pizza by so far, you guys are doing good job and your customer service is brilliant in the albarsha stores.

Nice place to either sit in or take away, friendly staff and cleared up confusion with the sauces. Only got the cinnamon sticks and they were great, the icing is very sweet. Didn’t get pizza or any sides but for dessert I recommend as a nice midnight snack

Best Pizza everrrr.. The quality and taste of their food was soo delicious especially the crunchy tin pizza. Great customer service as well.

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Domino's delivery service, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with their overall performance. I placed an order with them, eagerly anticipating a delicious meal, but to my dismay, I never received my order. What frustrated me the most was the apparent incompetence of their staff, particularly their manager. Not only did they fail to deliver my order, but their complete lack of professionalism during my attempts to resolve the issue left me utterly frustrated. The first problem arose when my order never arrived within the promised timeframe. After waiting for an extended period, I contacted the Domino's customer service to inquire about the delay. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke to seemed disinterested and did not provide any helpful information or solutions. It felt as though my concerns were being brushed off. Taking matters into my own hands, I decided to speak directly with the manager, hoping to find a resolution. To my surprise, the manager's communication skills were subpar, lacking the professionalism one would expect from a customer service representative. Their inability to express themselves clearly only added to my frustration, leaving me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. Despite my efforts to address the issue, I received no follow-up for the inconvenience caused. It is disheartening to experience such poor customer service from a company that I once relied on for timely and delicious food. I sincerely hope that Domino's takes this feedback into consideration and makes significant improvements to their delivery service and customer support. As a customer, I expect reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to rectify mistakes. Unfortunately, my recent encounter with Domino's failed to meet these expectations. I will certainly think twice before considering Domino's for any future food deliveries. I hope that others who read this review take note of the issues I encountered and weigh them carefully when deciding on a food delivery service
