I visited Dreamworks Spa at ALOFT HOTEL in July and my experience left me with mixed feelings. The spa had its highlights, but there were aspects that fell short of my expectations.
The massage session, unfortunately, felt rushed and incomplete. It seemed as though the massage was concluded before its scheduled duration, which was quite disappointing. The timing discrepancy left me feeling a bit unsatisfied, as I had anticipated a more thorough and relaxing experience.
One notable aspect that left me puzzled was the setup of the room, which featured two beds. This arrangement seemed unnecessary and resulted in a cramped atmosphere. It felt as if the spa was squeezed into the hotel without much thought, and the dual beds occupied more space than required. This design choice detracted from the overall ambiance and contributed to a less-than-optimal environment for relaxation.
The therapist who attended to me, Nanda, provided an adequate service, though it didn't quite match the level of relaxation I typically associate with spa treatments. While her efforts were evident, I didn't leave the spa feeling as rejuvenated or at ease as I had hoped.
All in all, my visit to Dreamworks Spa at ALOFT HOTEL presented a somewhat average experience. The rushed massage, the unnecessary dual beds, and the slightly underwhelming outcome of the treatment left me with a sense that the spa could have been better curated to provide a more memorable and satisfying experience. I believe there's room for improvement, especially in ensuring that guests receive the full and relaxing treatment they anticipate when visiting a spa.
