Some cakes were so bad and not worth it especially weird cucumber sandwich! Staff were not friendly at all just chitchatting with each other and didn't care of customers.

Love it, love it, love it! ❤ The cheesecakes they have are simply awesome and the staff is really helpful and super nice. They try to assist with everything they can to make sure everyone is happy. I brought my 2 guests there and they were impressed with everything, the hotel looks amazing, and the Magnolia Bakery items were a delight. Thanks to the Magnolia Bakery team for everything!

Amazing place to spend afternoon. Great variety of snacks and desserts. Everything is very delicious, I loved the mini sandwiches with sweet potato fries. The interior design is this place is astonishing, I’ve never seen such creative style of a lounge anywhere. All staff were very professional and courteous.

Worst afternoon tea experience ever. I booked afternoon tea to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. When I arrived they told me they didn’t have the booking or the cake I ordered for my daughter. We sat and the food arrived after almost one hour with no cutlery whatsoever, and no plates. How are we supposed to eat!! I had to beg for a spoon for the tea. And the ladies were grumpy and not nice at all. I don’t recommend it.
