I had my haircut with Alaa, at Elmax Spa. He did an amazing job, I got exactly what I wanted. He was extremely cooperative and took his time to give me exactly what I wanted. The blow-dry was amazing also, and my overall experience was one of the best I’ve had in Dubai! Would 100% recommend.

Very, very poorly run salon and spa. Long waits, poor planning and denying appointments is not unknown here. The worst is their failure to provide the services paid for in advance and the subsequent refusal to issue a refund. Nobody, including the owner takes any responsibility. After a slew of 'complimentary services' to make up for the first mess-up, I had a 30 min+ wait for the next appointment, not to mention racist undertones from the lady meant to provide service. The owner has since blocked me, and refuses to give me a refund.

ELMAX are my favourite Salons in UAE. Very professional multi cultural environment, amazing nail technicians, massage therapists are so helpful: don't hesitate to visit ELMAX if you have pain or just want to relax. You will be amazed. Hair services are also the best. Highly recommended

I came for the 90 minute massage. I had honestly the best relaxing time with Nita, she was super calming and took away a lot of my pressure knots. Will definitely come back and I highly recommend Nita!

The most amazing place. Amira has the greatest hands and is so talented. She is the best hairstylist in Dubai. The customer service is lovely and everyone there is absolutely lovely. I was not able to find a salon in Dubai that I truly was happy with until I came here.
