People were not very friendly, we came as outsiders for the breakfast buffet and they were unfriendly, and the staff claimed that entertainer is not available and when asked why the receptionist didnt know, all he cared about is saying 69 sar per person. We also tried to call the number before coming to enquire about entertainer, with no answer. Please if you put the hotel on apps with offers, be honest and dont deceive people. 1st and definetly last visit.

This hotel was amazing, they upgraded my room free of charge. The sea view room was great, in addition to that the breakfast included all of tasty foods. Eventually the staff were very helpful and kind with us.

The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. Walking in to the facility and rooms you see, smell, and feel the cleanliness around you. The rooms are very roomy and have a large amount of space with high ceilings. Coming into the room it feels like an oasis of comfort and relaxation. The room has a nicely stocked mini bar and room service menu. I am looking forward to returning again at a later date for another stay.

I recently stayed at Enala Alkhobar and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. Miss Khulood, the staff member, was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay, offering excellent service with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Her assistance truly enhanced my overall impression of the hotel, making it a standout choice for future visits. I highly recommend Enala Alkhobar for both its accommodations and outstanding customer service, especially thanks to the invaluable assistance from Miss Khulood.
