I stayed there for 2 months, I had an exceptional stay at Inala Hotel, largely due to the amazing staff. Manager Mohamed Jamil was outstanding, setting a tone of warmth and professionalism. The reception team was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making a great first impression. The housekeeping staff's attention to cleanliness and comfort was commendable, creating a pleasant environment. Likewise, the restaurant staff's service was top-notch, contributing to enjoyable dining experiences. Overall, the dedication of the entire team at Inala Hotel made my visit truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and friendly atmosphere.

The receptionists were wonderful in terms of welcoming, professional and hard working ( Alanod, Razan and Zahrah) also attending all requests. The rooms are very clean and excellent. The Hotel is strongly recommended for Long and Short stay.

Enala is providing excellent services to its customers. I would rate it 5/5 based on the best services being provided to me during my stay here at Enala. The staff is morally and ethically well groomed and not only well acquainted with the professional norms of the hospitality but also enjoy serving its customers according to their needs. Politeness, positive attitude , smiling faces, quality of food, maintaining the rooms immaculately and greeting the guests warmly; all this has obliged me to write my views about the Enala. Wishing the Enala and its staff all the best and expecting from the management to retain and elevate its high quality status in future..
