Farmstead

We had a great stay in the hotel. Room was spotless, we particularly enjoyed the water filter system. Bed was extremely comfy. The rooftop had awesome views of the city and we enjoyed the pool and gym. Service by Trinish was fantastic and the food was very yummy. Taxis were readily available to take us where we wanted to go.

I stayed at this hotel for 4days during Arab health and honestly, it was the most comfortable stay ever. The reception staff lead by Desi was awesome. The guy from Myanmar (forgot his name) helped me so much during my stay.I asked him anything and he always had a simple solution and he talked so much to kept me entertained during my stay. Breakfast was so clean and pure that I felt I was sitting in a farm and eating fresh food. The Karak chai was so good during breakfast. I loved the Middle eastern section during breakfast. I just found the chef (european appearance) unfriendly during my stay as I tried talking to him but he brushed me off all the time. He was always in a rush during the breakfast hours but there is no harm in having a smile on your face. I requested staff if i could make a vlog of the hotel and they all were so accomodating of my request. I was able to make a vlog of the hotel and the breakfast and I made sure i didn't disturb anyone. Also, if you enjoy working out, the gym was small but super clean and had beautiful views. Thank you again so much for your hospitallity. You guys are the best. I will definitely visit you again next year.

We were searching for a budget hotel to do our yearly workshop. While searching we cam across Mercure which was opened just life few day back. We connected via email, got in touch with Mr Nishu, who was extremely helpful and kind to accomodate all our request. Our experience was beyond our expecatations. The meeting room was well lit with all the arrnagements, refereshments likejuice/bicuits/fruits/coffee/tea was served in the room. The Lunch was Beautiful and so much food on table. we were 10 of us and each of us truely enjoyed our stay and service from each of them. I would like to thank personally 1) Mehtab- for taking care of all my taxi needs 2) Mohammad - who took care of us at the conference hall, he never failed even once.. Amazing job also Ms Pooja and Ms Jenny

We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s very clean, comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Mehtab, Desi and Teresa in the front desk were extremely helpful and kind. Chef Roshan at the Farmstead Restaurant was lovely and food was great. It’s just a 2 minute walk from the metro, a 10 minute metro ride to Deira City Centre and 20 minutes metro ride to the Dubai Mall. We had a very fun and comfortable stay here.

Great location, across rd from gold souk metro stop. Gold souk is some 15 mins walk, lots of local restaurants...and with metro easy access to all dubai... enjoy... roof top bar, n pool, gym is small but good, hotel is new so all rooms to good standard.. food is of a high standard...front rooms face main Rd so watch out for traffic noise...would go again...would recommend.
