Actually, I was surprised with the reviews being so bad, I have ordered today via smiles app @smilesapp and it was delivered within 30 min, the food looked good and tasted delicious. I have ordered Chicken Musakhan Pocket, Hummus Chicken Shawarma, and Akkawi Cheese, they all taste great and the portions where very filling. Everything was good, thank you Fern Al Balaf

I was discouraged by the negative reviews and was about to cancel the order on talabat, luckily I didn’t, actually it’s very good, moist and good size as described , the hummus is the best in town so far perfect lemon and tahini recipe just like the one i eat back home, 5 stars without hesitation

very bad sandwich. unappetizing and unflattering. it is dry unlike the advertised picture. the advertised picture on talabat had a lof of sauce and the bread was filled with the chicken. the sandwich i received was bland, no sauce that can be seen, poorly cooked chicken. the flavors were off. the kaak was a bit sweet which did not match the taste of the chicken. overall 1/10 not recommended

It was a big disappointment. They are charging too much for such normal pie. The quantity of ingredients were extreme less and there was only bbq sauce on the dough along with some pieces of chicken and Mushrooms. The amount of cheese was also VERYYY LESS. It would be worthy if they charge 10-12 AED not 27AED!

Very bad delivery service in al majaz sharjah branch - avoid using them as order canclled after 30 min order confirmed as driver left to home as delivery duty time till 6 pm like offices without alarm or notification on ordering app !! Not a delivery outlet shop !! asking to come and pick up my order by myself !!! Very bad business service and disappointing restaurant 😑
