This is a hidden gem amongst hotels within the hustle and bustle of Riyadh. From the first day of arrival I have been made to feel more than just a client. The service is excellent, whether it is breakfast, room service or laundry. The staff are exceptional and are always happy to talk and help with anything. The last thing especially to note is the breakfast omelette, magnificent.

I tried their Friday dinner buffet. We were welcomed like a family. All of the staff is highly professional and nice specially Mr. Umer. Very humble and nice person. It was our 1st experience but felt like opposite. A variety of salads,appetizers,soups. Main course was also very good though few items were ok. Desserts were show stopper. Many types of cakes and sweets. Water and soft drinks were included in buffet. We were given tea as complimentary. Candies for our baby. What else u can demand😍. Price is only 99 per head.

Bring your own Internet. Got here for some meetings and had to use my own Internet because Hotel wifi kept giving No Internet sign Building and fixtures give an old feeling but are decently maintained Carpets need changing Wall sockets need replacement too

The hotel was underwhelming in all aspects. The rooms don’t stand up for the name and price. Most of the door card readers were dead and had to use a manual key like its 1920 again. Smoky smell all around the hotel unfortunately. I don’t recommend staying here unless its the only option available.

This place is near kingdom centre n all sorts of shops are accessible. Bit costly if you are looking for a pocket friendly area. Overall a good experience
