I would like to commend your hotel's housekeeping team for their impeccable attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. The cleanliness of my room, as well as the overall hygiene standards throughout the hotel, was truly impressive. I was particularly pleased with the promptness and efficiency of the housekeeping staff specially Basheer he went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were catered to and that my room was always in pristine condition.

Amazing staff at the breakfast buffet. Exceptional customer service from Mary and Ahmed . They really make you feel at home ! Definitely recommend it for everyone. I was blown away. I can’t thank them enough

This was my second stay in a year to Rosh Rayhaan. As with last time, I found the rooms and service to be excellent. Very nice breakfast buffet with practically anything one desires, and impressive, albeit expensive, dinner buffet. The café on the ground floor was an excellent alternative. Housekeeping was also very prompt and professional. My room cleaner was Dill who did an amazing job. Hope to return in the not too distant future!

I had a meeting there, service was initially good but the offering dishes -an open buffet- were removed very quickly along with the dessert! The nightmare was the car parking, I had to park like one kilometer away from the hotel.
