I’m rating it a 2 star because of the how the receptionist dealt with me. She barely looks at you when you talk to her and the way she responds seems as if she’s forced to deal with you. I don’t care even if the service provided was to be great, I’ll still not come again because of the treatment. The service provided was nice but it took them a while to understand what i wanted. My nail’s were done by “rose” which was nice and she was able to achieve the wanted style. Fix your customer service!

Worst nail spa ... my nails are not polished they look uneven, and the cuticles are not clean. The coffin shape is terrible I wouldn't recommend their nails service, and I don't think I'd pay avist again

amazing place with amazing vibes, birthday celebration was so cute , staff are very professional also artist Zenah is super professional she did my gel extension. great experience

Worst service I ever had in nails shops, my appointment was on 7:30 and I came earlier 20 minutes and was waiting more than an hour to start the service which take about 2 hours and the result was worst than beginner specialist!!! Had to repair all the cuticles which looks dry and unshaped at all. Not recommended never and I won’t pay another visit of course.

Their service with nails cleaning is great But timing is so bad I waited almost an hour without any service you are told to wait but no time frame you can wait 15 mins or 60 mins Unprofessional honestly Also you wait all this time you’re not offered anything even water
