Flying Carpet

Today, I ate with my friends in this Restaurant. The food was good however the Bangladesh Supervisor is not hospitable, unapproachable. I was wondering how did you allow this kind of service in your high standard Restaurant? We enter to the Restaurant craving for a pasta or either something to have for dinner but these unapproachable staff ask us “are we going to check the menu or are we going to eat? Of course! we’re going to eat so what we did is we answer politely and said “We want to eat here. However, It did not end there, the Bangladesh Supervisor butt in and said “If you want we have other Restaurant up, the name is Tea Garden.” That it happens that my friend actually had her coffee there. We complained him to one of the staff, for him to know that he made a customer upset, but then he did not even approach or apologize for what he did. I hope you could do something about it, There’s always a room for improvement, and this Bangladesh Supervisor needs to undergo training for customer service.

This has to be one of the worst ever! Staff were so rude and unapproachable. We went for open buffer which was extremely expensive, tasteless, and way below average. They put out paper cups and hot water for guests to have tea; I went to have one but two of the very rude staff came and took the cup from my hand and said this is not included in your buffet! You can’t have tea! Not even saying sorry or at least in a respectful way! We told the supervisor two times about what happened and she does absolutely nothing! All she says is “ah I see. Ok. Yeah.” Then we asked her where did the rude staff go and how come she’s not doing anything about it. The answer is “he finished his work for the day!” And then she brings the bill and says pay please! Not to mention there’s no view from the restaurant or anything special inside!
