Fun Time - Riyadh

Ok.. funtime was my childhood favorite place years back n Jeddah.. this branch requires alot of changes and improvements in terms of saftey, cleaning, availability of usable games and readiness for visitors. Most of games are really broken and damaged. Stairs are not safe for children Toilets are not clean and not prepared with requirements or even A B C things The restaurant menu is full yet the dishes or even appetizers are not available.. The place is very, very old . FUNTIME !! Let us make this place as great as it was previously so people can really bring kids to have funtime . Thank you

Took my kids there for the first time and found it below average and had a bad experience with the staff > Very old and rotten place ...most games are either faulty or not working at all > Most VR systems in bad shape (family roller coaster ride, children cubicle ride) > Too small and little space for children to move around > Very unprofessional and tired looking staff... no energy or willingness to serve customers > No variety in games and play options (like what you can get in Sparky's, Chuckle Cheese, Fun Oasis) > The owner and the management team seem to take zero interest in the arena & its maintenance CRITICAL ISSUE: The person at the ticket counter, Abdul Manna (a Bengali with a beard), was very rude and unprofessional. He got angry at me when I asked him to split my total amount into two cards, blaming the matter on his company and their system He openly told me to launch a complaint against him if I want, but he won't assist or help to resolve it. Upon escalating the matter to the lady sitting at the entrance, no response or action was taken >>> Kids didn't even spend 2 hours at the place NOT RECOMMENDED RATING: 2 / 10

This play area is similar to Chuckee Cheese but like a local one, this one has a big soft play area and a trampoline 😅 They have arcades and some rides inside “mini tagada, vr games” You can order food like pizza, it was delicious 👌 but their menu doesn’t have much variety. Tho, ice cream is available too. 😆 Some arcades were not working properly 😣 Prices were a bit expensive, game range are from 9-20sr, soft play for 50sr. This place has prayer area for men & women 👍👍 Overall, it was a fun experience. But cleanliness has to be maintained 😪

Nice place for kids. The good thing about it is that you only pay once for the soft play (50 riyals) and the trampoline (30 riyals) and the kid can use them frequently. The arcades are slightly expensive; 8 riyals per game. They also have a place for birthday parties. There is a small restaurant for pizza, chicken nuggets and french fries. We went there on Friday afternoon and the place was empty. I’m not sure about other times if it gets crowded.

The organizing staff lead by Ms.Ohoud and including Ms. Sara are cooperative, sweet and easy to deal with. The party was as expected thank God, and everyone was happy with place and food specially the pizza. It would be better if they consider adding an elevator to ease the movement of the people and things from the ground floor to the party rooms in the first floor. Otherwise it is a nice place to arrange a party in. Good luck
