We stayed for a week in Nov'23 with family and i must say that overall the stay was simply amazing. The hotel was luxurious, with good services and hospitality of staff. We are Indian Vegetarian family, and great part was the vegetarian spread in breakfast. Hotel also offers free shuttle to Dubai Mall & One of the beach, which is again a value add. Thanks to the Hotel staff and management for making every customer special and comfortable

Good ambience in the hotel and staff. Good smell in the room (this is very important for me). Morning breakfast the best I ever seen in one hotel, (many food options and drinks), even the piano in the hall I played and I've been happy to play. Also swimming pool good experience and 24h gym is perfect with good machines. I can go to Dubai only to stay in this hotel to relax one week

Each staff was very cooperative, especially south East Asian and African employees at front desk and security were very polite. Nothing negative but behaviour of your receptionist Ms. Noor needs a little improvement. I found that to be little harsh. Remaining everything was great. Food was awesome. Chutney restaurant staff was great. We loved everything about the stay. Wheel chair assistance was also great. Thanks, we will visit again

Apartment was good but had pest issues. It rained in the night during our stay and water came inside our rooms. The mess was cleared post 12 hrs after several reminders and pleads. Fire alarms buzz kept us awake one whole night. Food was good and the restaurant staffs were very polite and courteous.

As a couple, we needed a stopover in Dubai. This hotel offered very good value for what was a short but pleasant stay. We checked in after midnight and asked for a late check-out which was gratefully received. Complimentary coffee for 2 in the Cafe was a nice touch as was the check-in refreshment. This hotel has all the usual luxuries that you expect - wifi, comfortable bed, excellent air-co, large bathroom, beds and room. The swimming pool was perfect temp, not too big and partially shaded which is crucial - the attendant who looked after it was a very nice man and there were a good number of deck chairs for guests. I can't fault this place and would definitely stay again.
