The hotel is amazing apart from the intense tabacco smoke smell in the room everyday. It comes in through the air conditioning. It's absolutely disgusting and massively unhealthy. I have raised this issue with reception 3 times and it hasn't changed. Yesterday reception contacted me because they had seen this review. They agreed to move me to another room. I was very happy to move. Unfortunately last night I faced the same issue in the new room. If you want a smoke free room this is not the place for you. The hotel has proceeded to contact my employer to ask me to remove this review instead of speaking with me directly! I'm not happy about this at all.

They showed a different apartment for booking, then emailed that another apartment of similar type is available with increased and hidden prices. They will show a better looking, well equipped apartment and at the time of confirmation, they will downgrade. Be careful while booking with them. Uncanny ways to rip off by providing misinformation and misquoting prices against chosen apartments.

We had a great time, the 8 days we spent at the Grand heights hotel. The 1 bedroom apartment is very modern and spacious. The cafeteria serves great breakfast. The cleaning crew kept our apartment clean, neat and cozy. The front desk receptionists Dennis, Rafiq, Godran, Adarsh and Muhammad were more than exceptional! They offer to help us even without us asking. Their demeanor and service did not change the whole time we were there. If I go back to Dubai I will definitely stay at this hotel. I will also recommend to friends to stay at this hotel

Lovely spacious enough for our small family of 5 which included 2 adults and three small children. This included a big enough bed for us all as my 1 year old refused to sleep in the cot which was provided for free, with still enough space to walk around in the room. There was a separate sitting area / eating area with a small kitchen with cutlery and plates and glasses provided. There was also a washing machine and microwave which was very convenient for me to heat up milk for my baby. Unfortunately there was no proper view just view of the buildings which was ok. Service and staff very lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. The kids loved the swimming area also which is mixed for everyone.

The staff at the Grand Heights Hotel Apartment were fantastic. Alissa and Jeline have a Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was super comfy. Sumitra always Clean My Room and i always satisfied the result after she's Cleaning. I will always stay at this Hotel when i traveling to Dubai...Thank You Grand Heights...
